Had a fantastic stay in the Superior Double Room with Sea View. The view was breathtaking, especially during sunset, and I loved the cozy décor with premium bedding. Breakfast was delicious, served outdoors in a lovely garden setting, with fresh eggs cooked to order. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even arranging for meals on the terrace when needed.
Noise from downstairs disturbed sleep occasionally.

The outdoor breakfast area in the garden was a lovely way to start the day, with beautifully presented food that we all enjoyed.
However, the shared terrace was a letdown as it was partially obstructed by a building, which significantly detracted from the experience of having a sea view.

Bright, clean room with a nice view of the Bahia. Unique touch pad key for room entry made it feel modern.
Breakfast lacked variety over five nights, with only two choices and cold crepes served. The patio, used as a music venue at night, created noise that made mornings less pleasant, especially with rap music during breakfast. Stairs felt a bit unsafe, particularly when carrying luggage, due to the design.

The view from the Superior Double Room with Sea View was absolutely stunning! Clean room, comfy bed, and the staff were super helpful. Only downside? Breakfast seating was a bit chilly outside. 🥶

the experience was downright dismal. the stairs were not only ridiculous but unsafe when carrying luggage. breakfast was just awkward with loud, sweary rap music playing outside. and the absolute horror? they offered no complimentary upgrade for my troubles, which is unheard of in any decent hotel. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Staying here with my three little ones was delightful! The location is fantastic, close to Bellavista station and numerous local attractions. The staff's suggestions for family-friendly activities were incredibly helpful. Plus, the outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying breakfast with a view.
My kids wished for an elevator for easier access with our stroller.

Recommend it for solo travelers
The view from my top floor room was stunning especially at sunset with the colors reflecting on the water. Breakfast was like an oasis in the garden atmosphere we loved the fresh eggs cooked to order and enjoyed it so much we wanted to stay longer.
It wasn't cheap but definitely worth it for the unique experience.

Fantastic view from my room overlooking the harbor. The room was clean and cozy, making it a great spot to relax. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially when they brought breakfast to my room. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, with cooked-to-order eggs being a highlight. The location near the ascensor Concepcion made it easy to navigate the steep hills of Valparaiso. However, the absence of an elevator was a downside, especially with heavy luggage. Also, dining outside for breakfast was a bit chilly due to the weather. Limited parking availability is something to keep in mind if you're traveling by car.
